SHEET METAL FABRICATION

At J H Marshall’s we specialise in metal pressings using a range of ferrous and nonferrous including mild, stainless, Galvanised steel. As well as Aluminium, Copper and Brass.

With our full range of 18 power presses varying from 10 – 250 tons, using both hydraulic and mechanical power we have the capability to punch material form 0.5mm – 15mm thick. Our range of presses include HME Bentley’s, Worcester’s and Sweeney & Blocksidge Presses.

We work with blanks, flats and coils; completing various fabrication including punching, cutting, cropping, blanking, forming, compound and deep drawing.

Our diverse customer base includes, but isn’t limited to construction, agriculture, trade and the rapidly expanding rail sector. Coupling our short and local supply chain with extensive in-house knowledge we can consistently incorporate high precision and quality with low cost components into our fabrication service.
